What was your BEST experience?

1. Cadillac Man Says: What was your best experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership? What did the salesman or manager do to make it a great experience?

2. Matt S Says: 2 years ago when my wife and I traded in our 95 intrepid we were looking at a 2006 dodge durango 4X4, heated leather seats and 5.7L hemi engine. It had only 15,000 miles. They gave us $2,500 for our car and the durango was priced at $20,000 the dealer came down from 17,500 with the trade in to $15,000 and even told me about a insurance company he uses (his wife works for a school) that is only offered to people who work for public schools, which i did not even know about. I have worked for a public school for 5 years and when we switched over to this new insurance company it is saving us $3,000 a year on car insurance now. I could not be any happier. We now have 4X4 which is nice to have in michigan and we got an SUV that did not think we would get with that low of miles. I still look in the paper and see other durangos that are priced around $20,000 but they all have 50,000+ miles than the one we got.

3. Jim Chalon Says: I bought a 2010 Ford Expedition Limited (traded a Sequoia for it as I told you yesterday), and am VERY pleased with it. The asking price was $38,990, but I the salesman went down to $35,700! I've put over 12,000 miles on it already and it has not had one issue. The quality is great and the seats are extremely comfortable.

4. Campingtent Deals Says: Well. She was very polite, friendly and she offered some extra gifts to me if I get the car from her. So she really convinced me to do it and I got it. I never regret of that!
