1. star11 Says: its a 1999 model and i dont have the unblocking code for it..what do i need to do to get it.it 4 digit code i think.
2. bunion the cat Says: If you can remove the radio, obtain the serial number then post it on here, there are at least two motor employed contributors that will give you the code for free.Alternately Ford will be able to tell you at a nice price, for them,or go online there are sites that can help for a reasonable fee.
Lot of rubbish on here,if your car still has the original radio ford will be able to tell you the code from your car registration number so no need to take the radio out,but if you take the radio out,you need a very cheap two prong extractor,in pairs to do that cheap from car accessory shops. The serial number should be on a sticker on the right hand side of the unit, yours probably starts with an M followed by a six digit number,I have one in front of me M112340,was given the code by previous owner but it is wrong, think I have the right one now but any help would be usefull. No disrespect to one other posting that gave good advice.
3. jannersdave Says: If that is the correct code, maybe you do not know how to put it in.
If it is the wrong code then get the serial number, These guys are pretty good though and not normally wrong. (I cant see obtaining the code without a serial number somehow)
Just in Case:-
(It will probably start with M and followed by six numbers (M123456)),

Try This?

Insert the radio code by repeatedly pressing button 1 until the first
number of the code appears on the display.
Press button 2 until the second number of the code appears in the display.
Repeat the process on buttons 3 & 4 to complete the code.
When the code is entered correctly press button 5 and the radio should unlock.
It works very well for me

DO NOT attempt this ten times or the radio will factory lock, You can get round it though.

Good luck with it.
4. Johnka Says: Lots of car radio dealers can recode for you.

The old trick was to put the radio in the freezer overnight but I don't know if it still works.
5. Wesley B Says: 5365!!!!!!!!!!
6. Trevor Mcdonald Says: its 5365
