What cause more engine wear? long distance driving or city driving?

Gary Says: Actually cold start wears more, as long as you service engine at correct intervals,more often just city driving, they will last about the same. Long distance is obviously better for car over all.3. pc.robert Says: Without a doubt, city driving causes more wear. Even on your transmissin too.

Use a good oil like Catrol Gtx and CD-2 Oil Additive
If it has high miles on it use Catrol GTX High mileage oil with a fram filter
