My driver side tail light is gettin water in it. why?
(2011-04-22 14:20:35) 1. Says: can be either condensation or you have a seal leak allowing water ingress.check by removing fitting and visually inspecting both for sealing strip integrity and if any 'vent' holes ( to stop condensation) are clear.
we can apply a little general purpose flexible sealer when refitting where seal is affixed around lamp edging too.2. Says: One of my clear back up lights was doing it too and I couldn't see anything wrong with it. I ended up drilling a small hole in the bottom of the lens. It doesn't show at all and the condensation does not form in it anymore.3. Says: how much water??
if its only a little from condensation then means the vent hole is plugged....
if its a lot it means that the seal is broken and u need to reseal the light..4. Says: It's been raining, should be alright put a bucket under it. Tag: My driver side tail light is gettin water in it. why?
