A big car for a first car...?
(2011-04-28 14:30:38) 1. Says: I am looking for a first car that's something big and high up such as mitsubishi pajero's, suzuki cards etc. However it cannot be any engine size higher than a 1.2 and i'm struggling to look for something. Can anybody help me?2. Says: That is quite a tall order. The problem with wanting a larger car is that they also need larger engines to get anywhere. That said, there are a couple of small 4x4's (or 4x4 style cars) that you might consider such as:The Mitsubishi Pajero mini (if you can find one)
Daihatsu Terios
Fiat Panda
Suzuki Jimny
Suzuki Wagon R+
The problem though is that while these cars have chunky looks they aren't really any taller than other cars, if you have to limit yourself to such a small engine then there really isn't much choice.3. Says: You will not find a big car with a 1.2 litre engine. Big means heavy. Heavy means big engine needed.
Big engine and heavy car means heavy fuel consumption and for a new driver horrendous insurance premiums. Forget it.4. Says: As ive said in your other question, the pajero pinin 1.1
its a 4x4 nearly the same height as the full size pajero but extremely short.
it would be a squeeze to fit 2 small kids in the back5. Says: to be honest you would be beter off with an old banger, until you have had a couple of knocks. most new drivers have at least 1 accident after passing their test and then theres the insurance to think of6. Says: TRY A MED. OR SMALL CAR , GOOD ON GAS AND PARKING SPOTS, BESIDES WE ALL WILL CRASH SOME DAY, ITS PART OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE. I DONT UNDERSTAND 1.2 ?
GET A 4 CILINDER = HAS ONLY 4 SPARK PLUGS.7. Says: mercury grand marquis? y did u say mitsu but a big car? lol Tag: A big car for a first car...?
