What is the difference between Touring tires and All Season tires?

With a nice set of these tires, you will not feel most of the bumps in the road. That said, they are more expensive and have a shorter shelf life than all season tires. All season tires will last far longer than touring tires. Also, they are made to be more safe when driving in snow and rain. If you live somewhere it is always warm [or you have the money to own two sets of tires] I definitely recommend the grand touring tires.2. Says: Wow. You picked a really stupid answer. Touring tires typically have Speed Ratings of T or higher. They are intended for higher performance vehicles but unlike a Performance tire emphasize ride comfort, low noise and long wear.
Passenger All-Season tires typically have S or sometimes T Speed Ratings which are at the lower end of the speed rating spectrum and are not intended for high performance (sporty) vehicles.4.
