I have a 2007 Scion TC and just noticed today one of my tail lights went out.?

Most manufacturers got rid of exterior screws for tail light assemblies years ago. You can get a replacement bulb at any auto parts store. They'll have a catalog to look up the correct part number, or you can remove the old bulb and take it with you for a replacement.
