Truck starts then dies right away?

If I go to start my truck, it will start then die right away. If i hold the RPM's at around 1.5 - 2 for a good 15 seconds, it will idle fine. When the truck is at normal temp it will start right up and idle fine. At around 150 degrees, it will start and idle, but before it idles normal the RPM's will drop almost to 0, then up to normal idle, drop down again, back to normal, etc. a few times.

What could this be?

2. Shaun Says: Clean the throttle body. Get intake cleaner and an old toothbrush, remove the filter box, open the throttle and literally scrub all the gunk off the throttle body and the throttle plate. The problem is that the carbon build up is making the IAC work further than it wants to as Dodges will only adjust IAC counts so far for some reason.
