Would a short ram replace this?

Would a short ram work, or is there a risk of hydrolock?2. SoCal Says: Hydrolock is only an issue if you have a risk of running into deep puddles but for the most part ordinary rain poses no threat. I rarely change out my cold-air during rainy times. To be on the safe side your CAI should at least have a bypass valve in it. Tag: Would a short ram replace this?
