There is white smoke getting out of my car's exhaust !!!?

well, the car is just perfect however what i recognized few days ago is that there is a huge amounts of white smoke getting out of the exhaust
when i start the engine a white cloud pumps out of the exhaust, it has a strange smell
when i hit the gas and the rpm reaches 2000 abnormal amount of white smoke gets out of the exhaust
i dunno what to do?!
i hope i can find some help

2. Otto Says: Smoke of any kind is not "normal". What you describe is an indication of a bad head gasket. Check the oil and see if it looks "milky" or foamy with water droplets. If they are present, it confirms my suspicions. Coolant is another name for Anti-Freeze.

3. Bennett K Says: If it is a blue-tinted white with a smell like burnt rubber, it is oil smoke caused most often by worn valve stem seals or piston rings.

If it is a pure white (and comes out in copious amounts) it is steam, not smoke, resulting either from a blown head gasket or (less likely) a cracked block.

David Says: if it sat for a while. that can be normal. white smoke either means your engine is burning oil or water. sitting a while would more than likely be water. if it goes away soon, dont worry about it. otherwise your block might be cracked and coolant can be leaking and burning, or oil is seeping into the combustion chamber because of bad pistons or piston rings. if it smells like bad oil, its more than likely that
