How to clean chrome rims?

I have a Toyota 4runner with chrome rims and want to clean them and my car Monday. So how would I clean my rims? And I plan on going thru an automatic car wash so are there any chrome rim spray or products that you recommend I put on before or after the car wash to make them look extra shiny and clean? Thanks in advance for the answers!!

2. Nickolaus B Says: After the wash.. Use some good old Windex, I've used it for years and it works great.

3. going_for_baroque Says: Never tried Windex on anything but windows, but it *does* work well on stainless steel appliances, so .... For chrome, I like SOS pads or Brillo. SOS fits better because it's round but Brillo works well, too. If you have any white lettering on your tires, SOS will clean them, too. Take care !!
