I got in a car accident, what can i do?

So i got her license plate and phone number. after the crash i felt some pain on my back. its been over 24 hours and ive been trying to contact her and she hasn't answered. what can i do? or how can i report it?2. roger Says: I suggest you go make a police report because you were injured. she may not have had insurance either, but with the license plate hopefully the police can get you the owners information, if she was not the owner, hopefully the owner has insurance. If you do nothing, nothing will happen. And you are supposed to report the accident to the dmv as well with in a few days, so check with the dmv about your responsibility. My state gives us 72 hours to report injury accidents or if its over 1,500. If you have full coverage on your car, contact your insurance, and check to see if you have uninsured motorist coverage, this may help you out also. You need to find the name of the owner of the vehicle and get ahold of them somehow.3.
