California Driving Test, yield on green?

In California, when you turn left and it say yield on green, do I have to creep out into the intersection and yield to other vehicles before I proceed? Or can I just stay behind the line and yield to the vehicles before I proceed?

STAY behind the limiter line until it is safe to proceed .. especially if you are at an intersection that is partly blinding you from seeing traffic in your lane that you want to turn into .... never creep out ... left turn into close left lane ---- be safe and be a good driver ....

IT IS ILLEGAL to creep into the intersection. You are blocking an intersection and causing an unsafe traffic situation.

Legally, you are to remain behind the line.

I feel like you should be euthanized....
