Where can you buy 18-Wheelers from?

1. Rob The Spartan Says: I'm 15 and I probably won't be able to get this until I'm 29-34 years old. I want to drive a 18-Wheeler. I like Big vehicles. I like trains and vehicles. I can't own a train so I like 18-Wheelers. It will take me that long to get it because I'm going to be a plumber. I'm not sure if I'm going to be coming out fresh from high school as a plumber or go to college to get a higher value on the market. I would love to drive a 18-Wheeler truck everywhere as if it were a car. I will use it and drive it like it my primary vehicle. My mom say I probably can't drive because of my seizure disorder and ADHD. But I think it's foolish. So, I want a 18-Wheeler truck but NO trailer. And what wonder me is how and and where will I park it I like on a city street.
2. JetDoc Says: The average 18 wheel tractor gets 5-7 miles per gallon of very expensive diesel fuel. You'd better make a bunch of money as a plumber if you want to drive one as your daily transportation.
3. rick29148 Says: I've been on ADHD meds for 30 + YEARS & have a class A CDL. Anybody licensed to sells cars can sell trucks, also, but most OTR trucks are sold by truck lots. It is quite legal to own a private semi, but a personal one... I don't see why not. You'll have some licensing problems, because it will not be used in commerce, & maybe some problems fueling it, because the fuel stops are used to working with commercial trucks with IFTA numbers, but nothing a bit of perseverance won't over come.
