1. mike chilling in the florida sun Says: It is a great truck that I posted on craigslist for 3500 dollars and I have had two bits, but no buyers.
This truck has new window motors, brakes, rotors, tires, distributer, and U joints, why will it not sell. This truck is super clean and has 203,000 miles. I need to sell this truck because starting is August I need to drive 50 miles round trip 3 times a week, and I can't afford the gas and need a smaller car. This truck has been on craigslist for 2 weeks, not rust, starts on first try, and a KBB private party value of 3500 dollars.
2. mccoyblues Says: Here's why the truck won't sell.

A - It';s got way too many miles
B- You hanve't given it enough time, 2 weeks is nothing. Don't even start to worry about it until it's been for sale for 2 months.
C - KBB is always way too high.
D - PRICE, the only reason any vehicle won't sell is the price. If the car is priced right it will attract a buyer and it will sell.
E - Re-evaluate your ad. If you don't have several great photos and an excellent description the ad will be ignored.
3. $1,539,684,631,121 Clinton Debt Says: I will tell you why it's not selling!!!

1. First, KBB is usually way too high
2. It has 203,000 Miles
3. It's a Ford
4. It's the Old Extended Cab where the rear doors do not open
5. It's a 2 wheel Drive
6. $3.60 for a gallon of gas
7. Price

Reality is - Their is ZERO demand for a 203,000 Mile Ford 1/2 ton pu with 2 wheel drive. On a good day it might sell for $2500
4. alfredb1979 Says: According to Edmunds, my 2003 F150 XL SuperCab v6 with 173,000+ miles is worth about $3500.

Either my truck is priced about $3500 too low or your truck is priced like someone has been on narcotics...
