I messed with the fuel screw on my z400 carb and now it won't start. Whats wrong?

Open 1/2 turn at a time, try to start and repeat. Once you get it running you can fine tune it to where it runs smooth.4. loonatic72 Says: you probably closed the fuel to much. Turn it back5.
