About the Jeep Wrangler?

1. Cutie Pie Says: I'm looking to get a 1999-2002 Jeep Wrangler when I come back from vacation.

Is it safe in the snow? I'm from Massachusetts.
Does it get really cold compared to other cars, in the winter?
Is it fun to ride in the summer with the top off?
2. Casual Catastrophe Says: I drive a '98 Wrangler, brother drives a '99 Wrangler
Not sure what these other guys are talking about, but our Wranglers handle amazingly in the snow. Not so much on ice though, but that's because we have mud tires with no siping, so they cannot grip ice. It depends a lot on what kind of tires you have on the vehicle. As for the inside temperature, the soft tops really aren't bad at all. Once the engine warms up after a few minutes the heater will do a very nice job of keeping you toasty. On both of our Jeeps we run the heater full blast for about 15 minutes and then have to crank it down to the first or second notch or it will make you start sweating. In the summer, there is nothing better than cruising around with your friends and some good tunes on the stereo with the top down. Personally, I take the top off as soon as the temp hits 70 degrees in the spring and it doesn't go back on until the snow starts falling next winter =D
3. Thomas the Monkey Says: The Wrangler, or TJ in Canada, is not good in the snow. The short wheelbase makes the handling a little squirly.

Putting the top up or down can be a real pain.
4. Bluto B Says: Not as safe as a Subaru. I've been to Massachusetts in the winter.
No Idea what you are trying to ask there.
Yes but it doesn't make up for it's other failings.
