Car Accident Question?
(2011-06-26 14:20:09) 1. Says: Two weeks ago I was in a minor car accident, I was backing out of a spot and so was someone else, we hit each other, she said she was backing out first and I hit her, I sucked it up and said what ever, we exchanged info called the cops and went through everything. I have NO damage to my car she had a few scratches, I told her I was not calling my insurance and being I was in no mood to deal with anything I said I would pay for her damage, it was gonna be around maybe 150 or so, cause the scratches were nothing really.I went to the body shop gave them all the info, called the girl spoke to her, the body shop called her a few times, heard nothing back, it's been 2 weeks and I have not heard 1 word from her about anything. I'm not going to call her back and I'm not going into the body shop again. She has my insurance information but even if she goes to them and tells them what happened they will most likely hold both of us at 50/50 and she won't get anything anyway cause she can't prove she was backing up first.
Should I let this go and see what happens, it's been 2 weeks and nothing yet. I'm not gonna push the issue.2. Says: Let her do what she's going to do.
You gave her your insurance information.
That's all you really need to do.
