Disconnect SEATBELT DINGING......Where can I have it done?

1. Marcus Quintilius Varus Says: Tired of my Toyota screaming at me to fasten my seatbelt the minute I sit down...or screaming at me to fasten the passenger seatbelt whenever I set some books in it. It's a law to buckle up, but it's not a law for cars to ding constantly till you do it...so a shop wouldn't be violating law by disconnecting it...Anyone know where I could go????
