2. mike mcfarlan Says: Just change the oil regularly and trans fluid when required and make sure the timing belt gets replaced when required and if its a v6 you need to baby that transmission cause they are known to fail and there's bulletins about it

At 140K you probably want to stay 80 or less, a lot of metal parts start going bad at 140K and 11 years of use.
