Whats the best Chevy 350 for a 1984 buick regal?
(2011-07-17 14:20:07) 1. Says: Had a 350 from a late 70's chevy truck model. originally a 2bbl. I changed to a performance edelbrock intake and 4bbl Carb. Shortly after, I broke a rod. Wasn't due to changes I made but because of the engines condition. Looking for great performance, reliable, older model 350. Any info to help with knowledge of what I'm looking for will be useful.Thanks2. Says: i would find a 350 from a 60s vehicle and start with that. the compression will be a little better and the block should be a bit stronger.3. Says: as long as you stick with a chevy 350, it should.
