Gary Says: Yes, customer thinks it's cheaper for some reason, I own a Full service station once. It's like going to store and everything ends in .99c. Boy must be a deal.

Danny Ulch Says: It means that they are charging you the price listed in big numbers plus nine-tenths of a cent per gallon. Its just their way of making more money without you noticing
