In the term "215k miles" what does the k mean?

Says: 215,000 and no its not worth it cause its a jeep with high millage3. Says: 215k miles means 215000 miles. Almost worn out. Trouble for you in that it will be unreliable and cost you money for repairs.As you know little about cars, don't buy anything over 100,000 miles, preferably nearer 60,000. A car's age is more measured by the miles it's travelled more than year model.
It's more difficult to find a vehicle with low miles, but worth it in the end by being reliable and keeps your hands out of your pocket for repairs longer.4. Says: K means thousand
