Would it still be safe to drive a car if the power steering went out?

It would be hard to steer.3. taylor g Says: Just replace the hose and add more fluid, If that is all it is, you don't have to be a mechanic to fix it. Besides, if you had an accident because you couldn't handle the car as it should, you will get into more trouble then it's worth.4.
