I am a female so i dont want to get swindled out of my hard earned money ya know? and is a 96 mustang a automatic? lol & how much does a muffler run? or should i just keep looking for something else?2. Private party vehicle sales are "as is/where is", and once you drive away you can't go back to the seller if the car has problems.
If you buy the car do NOT exchange money if the seller can not provide you, on the spot, with a CLEAR title to the car. A CLEAR title means the car is legally registered to the seller and it is their name printed on the front of the title. If the name on the front, and the signature on the back don't match up exactly walk away as fast as you can. Without a CLEAR title you can never register the car in your own name.3. Also look to see if its a gt or not because the basic is a v6 where as the gt is a v8 and is almost always stick.4.
