Whats the best car to upgrade besides a honda civic?

not trying to be a smart ****, just saying if i had the cash to spend, thats what i would buy, its closest to the "best"

toyota supra
nissan 240sx

Mitsubishi 3000gt (though idk about available mods)
mitsubishi EVO great platform, however it seems the parts are really exspensive ontop of the fact that the car is really exspensive
Subaru WRX STI - same notes as EVO

these are all descent import platforms to start with that should have plenty of available mods

if you dont mind domestic

the Ford mustang always has lots of mods available for a descent price.

obviously corvettes and vipers lol(going back to the $ issue)

im sure in 5mins ill look at this list and be like oh darn i forgot to mention this car, but this is what i got for ya so far.
