What size ratchet and metric socket is needed for a chevy?

Dj Says: Changing the battery in my 2007 chevy colorado and was wondering what ratchet and metric socket was needed to remove the battery from the battery tray? I have heard a few numbers thrown around but an actual answer would be nice...I do not have the tools so simple trial and error is not an option..any help would be great!

BLack OPS Says: most likely a 8mm for the terminals and a 13mm for the battery hold down.
