2003 Chevy Malibu will not stay running?

(2011-08-15 14:15:09) 1. tammi swenson Says: I replaced the fuel pump and relay it ran fine for about 15 mins then died. The anti-theft light is not on also I can manually hold the relay open fuel pump runs car starts up fine. As soon as I let go it dies and will not restart. Any ideas on what to try next would be greatly appreciated.2. dan d Says: I am not sure on your car but the computer in your car will not allow it to run unless it see's a signal that the car is actually running. That's so if your in a car accident the fuel pump will shut off. That being said it may be the computer is not see a signal that your car is running.
