I hear weird noises from my blaster?

1. Josh Eschbach Says: When i ride my blaster i hear some weird noises. Im used to 4 strokes so im not to sure on things. One of the noises i hear is a suction noise when you rev it. It happens every time. The other is a clicking noise in the front left corner. Could it be the wheel bearing?

BigeQ Says: Well on the blaster the intake tube is literally right under your butt take the seat off and there will be the air box and a tube about 2 inches in diameter about 3 inches long sticking up right by the gas tank, that is the breather tube, and when you hit the throttle you may hear some suction noises I did on mine until I got an aftermarket filter and exhaust.

As far as the clicking it is either in the suspension or a wheel bearing is going bad or needs re greased try taking the wheel and bearings off you will have two small bearings re pack them with grease, put the whole thing back together and tighten the wheel king nut down while spinning the wheel slowly tighten the nut until your tightening stops the wheel then back it off until the wheel spins freely. What I am saying is you want the nut tight enough to hold the wheel on the axle but not prevent the wheel from spinning freely, then repin the king nut and go for a test ride if it still does it it might be a bad shock or the a-arms may need greased just get a grease gun and grease the z irks some then test it out.

I have had my Blaster since it was new I got it in 02, it is a great ATV man to run around on.
