My 1997 honda accord ex's radio wont show anything on the screen and wont work. why?

Says: my friend put his key in my car adapter socket (where you plug in your car chargers and such) and then the radio just died. the anti theft light started to blink but the screen is black. doesn't even ask for a code. ive unplugged it multiple times and have put in the anti theft code in but id hasn't done anything.2. Says: Open the hood to your "1997 Honda Accord EX", locate the "Fuse & Relay Box." Once you have found the "Under-Hood Fuse Box,", remove the cover, and look for "Fuse Number 18", this "Fuse" is for your car's "Radio & Cigarette Lighter." It's a "Blue 15 AMP Fuse."Your friend's "Key" shorted out the "Blue 15 AMP Fuse", and needs to be replaced. Once your replace the fuse, you may need to enter the car's "Radio Anti-Theft Code," to get it to power on again.
