It this a red camera light? (link) I was driving, panicked when saw camera break early, car behind almost hit?

(2011-08-24 14:25:06) 1. Do A Says: I saw a photo enforced sign, when it turned yellow i broke early, and car behind almost hit me, so i sped up again, and not sure if it turned red or not, but anyways.

So on one of the street lights it had something that look like this

Its not the tall white one, its the short black one between the two lights....


Anyways, i looked up "red light camera locations" through many websites, and non contained that street i was in...so does that mean that redlight camera thing is something else?

OH yeah the street i passed was a small street, like the cross intersection leads into a small neighborhood and facing a buisness parking lot2. Aaron Says: I thought those were deemed unconstitutional a couple years ago. And not thats not a red light camera that's just a normal traffic cam on a stop light.
