1. TAKE UR TYM 2 ANSW3R WID DETAILS Says: IS IT TRUE THAT THERE ARE RULES WHEN YOU HAVE DARK OR BLACK SCREEN WINDOWS IN CARS???? I DON'T EVEN KNOW THE PROPER NAME FOR THIS. HELP HELP. TALKING ABOUT HOW SOME CARS HAVE DARK/BLACK SCREEN/WINDOWS/WINDSCREEN ETC WHERE PEOPLE CAN'T SEE INSIDE THE CAR OR THROUGH THE SCREEN. IF SO WHAT ARE THE RULES????????????? HOW DO YOU GET THEM?????? DO THEY COME WITH THE CAR, JUST DEPENDING ON WHAT CAR YOU BUY?????????

2. lana_sands Says: The term is window tint. Your state DOT has the rules for your state. Mostly it is based on the level of light they let through. It is a aftermarket thing. You can buy the plastic film in any Auto zone or Pep boys. Most car wheel /stereo shops do the work as well.
