Can u please explain "O/D OFF"?
(2011-08-29 14:20:17) 1. Says: I have a Toyota x corolla '06 model. Would u plz tell me how to use the O/D ? If I press the O/D button (in the gear stick) a light "O/D OFF" shows in the dashboard panel. Should it remain this way or the other?Is there any speed issue related with it? Like, I have to put "O/D OFF" after 80 km/h or something like that?
PLZ explain it's function.2. Says: Always keep the O/D in the on position and light out. With it off, your car wont shift to the next highest gear to maintain its best fuel economy on the highway. The faster you drive the lower your RPM's on the engine is what you want.3.
