My car bottomed out and my turbo sounds different now?

Now whenever my car isn't warmed up it is really slow to get up to speed. Also i have a Saab 9-3 with a turbo in it and it just seems like its slow but then if i floor it it jolts and then picks up? it never did that before and was just wondering what i ****** up. thanks2.
