Is it ok to use a car A/C with no freon?

Keenan Porter Says: I have a Mitibushi Mirage 2000 and i was wondering if it is ok to use the A/C even though it blows warm air and somewhat a little cool air from time to time. I dont mind the warm air and slightly cool air at all quite honestly. Will that hurt the A/C even more? Should i just not use it for now and get it fixed by a mechanic this weekend? If a/c low on freon oil cannot circulate in system and will lock up compressor,and high dollar repair. also get a leak check done on system, if low on freon you have a leak.4.
