1993 Jeep Cherokee with 309,000 miles and been sitting for two years.?

(2011-09-11 14:15:06) 1. C-dog69 Says: Ok, a family member wants to give me there 1993 Jeep Cherokee with 309,000 and it has been sitting since its last inspection in Aug, 2009. I know that its has a lot of miles but I also know that they bought if from a currier company that drove it mostly on the highway and when they got it, it had 250,000 miles. My ? is, is it worth taken and putting some money into it to make it a daily driver or am I better off just buying a new used Jeep. I know that the in line six in these jeeps go a long time, but what kinda money am I looking at to get it going?2.
