Qwerty Says: i have a 1991 f150 single cab with the 300 straight 6 ad its a 4x2. anyway i replaced the shocks because the old ones were shot(i got this truck for 500 btw) and the left side is not bouncy but the right side still is, its not as bad as no shocks at all but its still bouncy while the left is stiff. its sitting lower in the front then the ones ive seen so does it need new springs?

jasin Says: On a big truck like this there will be less stability because its so heavy. There will also be less of a center of gravity too because of its height. And shocks do help, but with this kind of weight and height shocks can only do so much. So you should upgrade the suspension package to correct for this and improve stability. You should upgrade the suspension package with anti-roll bars or something similar.

jasin Says: adjust the shocks then.
