The garage admitted they caused a fault with my car when working on it today....?

Says: They changed the EGR valve as the car was suffering poor performance (not to mention the engine warning light that's been lit up for the past month)I went to fetch the car and found it had not improved at all, I took the car straight back in quite upset, they had a look, apologised and explained that they had not replaced a wire properly which caused a water leak :S
They have said they will fix it for free and for now they think the car is fine - my question is, what happens if in say, 3 days the problem returns? Am I going to have to pay them or will they still fix it knowing that it might have been something they have done?
Hope this makes sense.....2. Says: A wire causing a leak? Maybe they said something else but most likely a water or antifreeze leak either one are caused from a defective hose. Hm either way I say go to a different mechanic or shop and ask them to do a full check up. I don't want to hurt your feelings but sometimes mechanics like to scam women. Anyways like I said take it a different shop and ask them to do a full check up and tell them what the other mechanic said.3. Says: It's a shame when mechanics lie/rip people off. Best of luck with your car. 4. Says: A wire missing/not connected cannot cause a water leak. water does not go through wires.
If the fault is as they say there is no reason to expect anything will go wrong in 3 days.
Either it will come out working and carry on working until another unconnected fault occurs one day or it will come out not working in which case you have to leave it with them.5. Says: You'l be fine if its a ongoin problem of same fault they have to repair it but I have seen before other problems occurring from other work been taken up if that makes sense lol x6.
