Which car to choose? 350z, G35, G37...?

1. Jeffrey Evans Says: I am saving up for a new car and I'm looking at these three. I like the 350z look, and while i know the G35 is basically the same thing I dont like the body on it. I love the G37 in particular the Sports series but dont know if I will reach enough money to feel secure about buying such a high dollar car... The years im looking at are '03-'06 350z, '03-'05 G35, '08 G37...
2. Steven Says: I own a 2007 350Z. Its been flawless. No problems! Differences between a 'Z' and a 'G' are large! Z is a serious sports car. Harder 'road feel' ride. Two seats. Great handling. Very good acceleration. But definately, meant for a sports car enthusiast. If you are seeking a great 'daily driver' and need seating for four and a trunk, then go with the 'G.' Still a sporty car, but without the nuance and quirks of a sports car! Just my opinion!
3. Ryan Says: I owned a 350z and looking back I would have rather had a 4 seater G series over the 2 seater Z if I had a choice.

I do not own the car anymore because the 350Z series was plagued with front wheel alignment issues that resulted in tires wearing far too quickly. You could align it once a month and it wouldn't help. Nissan's only answer was to replace tires over and over and over until the warranty expired and then I was stuck with the flaw.

Plenty of 350z owners resent Nissan for never acknowledging a flaw in their front alignment or introducing a recall to fix it.
4. Gary Flores Says: I have an '03 350Z and love it. Yes the Z and the G have the same power plant but they are very different cars. If you are looking for a true sports car then go Z. Yes, at times the 2 seats is a pain in the *** but it hasn't ruined my life. The G is more of a sporty luxery car and do not consider the two to be the "same car" as some do. The G27/370Z do have more power and are newer but end the end it is up to you.

btw...my Z has been across the country and back (twice) and makes round trips from San Diego to Vegas and back about 4 times a year and is still a champ. No engine mods or upgrades, except new wheels. replaced the tranny and clutch after about 110K miles and thats it, mostly 'cause of my driving...not the car.
5. Ben Says: The G37, it is newer and more powerful. Also have you looked at the 370z's?
6. boxstercase Says: get a toyota echo...your pocket will thank you
