Why does my moped squeak when the wheel turns?
(2011-09-23 14:20:09) 1. Says: When I push my moped along and when i drive along and my front tire is turning it makes a loud squaking noise each time it turns. (NOT the whole time it turns, but about a second long each time the wheel does a full loop) what can I do to stop this as its really embarresing. the bike is a peugeot vivacity 2002 50cc.2. Says: Have you tried greasing lately?3. Says: Your wheel bearings are shot. You need to replace the bearings, period. This not hard to do.
