My dads truck has a jesus sign on the front and it will be my car for school?
(2011-09-25 14:25:03) 1. Says: So first off I am agnostic and my family is christian. They dont know I am and wouldnt buy me things if they found out. So I am getting my license next week and I will get my car maybe in November. So in the mean time I will have the option to drive 3 cars.My moms car which is a 04 stratus. It is really tight and is missing a headlight, The interior of the car is slowing falling apart so of course I dont want to drive that.

We have an OLD Nissan maxima which I dont really like and it has problems. I wouldnt be able to drive far or else it would crash. Its not to bad to drive or else my parents wouldnt let me drive it.

Then we have the truck. It is an ugly nissan truck. It is our only decent car no dents no problems ect. The only thing I hate is that it is an ugly truck and has the jesus sign in the front. You know how the license plate is in the back but this is in the front.
It is like this but black instead of red http://images01.olx.com/ui/1/88/57/7818157_1.jpg
So my question is what would you think if someone pulled up at school with a jesus sign on there car. I am sorry but it looks embarrassing to me. Which car do you think I should choose?2. Says: Honestly, if there really that concerned about what's on YOUR car than they need to look around and see all the other cars in the parking lot. At my school most kids got there cars handed down from their parents and have embarrassing bumper stickers all over the car and the other half bought there cars themselves which is nothing special at all..the last thing people will be checking out is you Jesus sticker..trust me. :) or if you don't wanna drive the truck I'd say the maxima is a good choice. My friend has an old maxima and I have an altima and we love themm!3. Says: Doesn't matter what they think - and if you think it does, you can always say "Dad's truck".
I think you're lucky to get a vehicle at all, and you get a choice.
What's to stop you from fixing up one of the others once you start driving it?
Hint: That's a good way to show "responsibility" to your parents.4. Says: If I had a choice I would go for your dads truck if the jesus sign wasn't on it but as that is on it I would go for your mums car but get them to buy another headlight for it. Maybe give it a bit of a tidy up and put your mark on it.5. Says: Ok, there is so much to say here but I can tell from what you're saying here..you're not ready to hear the truth...you have a little growing to do I think. If you read back to what you're saying here...it's all about material things...not real feelings..if it bothers you that much this is where growing up starts...tell your parents the truth...you are a non-believer...and you don't want the sign on the car. End of story. If you are bold enough (and old enough) to drive you should be brave enough to be the person you are. Forget about choosing the stupid car and choose to grow up, then you can have anything you want in life. Tag: My dads truck has a jesus sign on the front and it will be my car for school?
