4. CHARLES J Says: Never but a modified car! Modification takes away from the value of the car and usually denotes more than normal use! Where you live has no bearing on the value of a car. That`s California dreaming and it ain`t always cool.....Modified cars are "Bad news Bears." .....unless your loaded of course.

5. oklatom Says: Assuming a clear title and decent tires, around $9 grand. As others have said, the modification add nothing and may even make it worth a bit less. Mileage is also a factor, You should see 15,000 per year maximum, so do the math.
