Good first car for a teen?

My budget is $7,000 including inspection and whatnot.2. Says: Wow. Your budget allows you to get a killer used car and still have a bunch left over! Take a look at the 1996-1999 Civics. You can find one in excellent condition for around $5,000 or less!They are solid, awesome cars. They run forever, get great gas mileage, and are incredibly safe. Also, if you want to modify your car to be more personal to yourself, there are literally millions of options available to you.
