How do i lower high beams?

Says: The guy at the auto parts store said i should pull my car up to a wall. and aim the high beams down so that i don't blind people (i have a light out and can't get it fixed yet) how exactly do i do that?do i literally just point them down?2. Says: there is a couple bolts that u turn to change the direction left to right up to down. i would go into a shop if i were u bc u dont want to mess the fac adjustments up,,, u could have messed up the light by hitting a bump a certin way causing it to shift, this will not change the aliignment much but will cause the light to go out and is an easy fix4. Says: Unless you have been in an accident, or someone has been messing with them, your lights should not need adjustment. However, if you really do need adjustment, take it to a service station that can adjust them for you. Hopefully this will help.5.
