I have a Cleveland engine that will turn over but wont start?

1. Spencer Says: Its a 351 Cleveland 2 bl 5.8 litter and it has not been running for 8 years at least and i have already replaced the starter cylnoid and battery and oil and spark plugs and spark plug wires and i don't know what else to replace to fix it

2. mister ss Says: drain out old gas and put in new, also if you have a distributor does it have points and condenser? or an ignition module inside it?, are the plugs getting spark?

3. bandit_60 Says: 8 yrs. is a long time to be sitting. you should drain the tank and put good gas in it.what year of car is it? the older cars has a square box on the inner fender and it can go bad.

4. Anthony Says: Check the fuel system. Lots of s&@% can clog a fuel system if not used for 8 years. Fuel pump may be stuck, fuel filter may be clogged, etc.
