1. John Says: Hey guys, Im trying to figure out where i can find a blank (tail light holes not cut out) rear body panel where the tail lights go (not sure exactly what it would be called). The reason being I want to cut round holes for tail lights to give my Camaro that 1973 look. Any ideas where i can find one, or will i have to make this?
2. Allen W Says: It is called a taillight panel, but you will most likely have to fabricate your own. Try a mock up with cardboard with a junk car. Don't do anything with yours until you are sure you have it right. After you are pleased with the fit and finish of the mock up, make another one out of steel using the cardboard mock up as a template.
3. chevyraceman_383 Says: Some of the aftermarket companies use to sell a round tail light setup for the third gens.

Do a search on www.thirdgen.org for corvette tail lights and see what you come up with.

Other than that,m you aint gonna fine a new black light panel.

What I would do, is just go to a junkyard with a cordless 18volt recep saw and cut a stock unit out then bring it home and weld in sheet metal over it to make it smooth and flush, thern cut your holes in that sheet metal to fit your round lights
