Why my Toyota Camry 2001 has a weird sound?

1. Kocsin Says: My 2001 Toyota Camry hs a weird sound that comes form the exhaaust. It isnt the catalytic converter, cause the noise is made by the CO2 that comes out from the exhaust when engine is on. I asked a mechanic and he told me the air compressor has a noisy sound too. So, does air compressor is related to exhaust sound?

2. Paul Says: The A/C compressor and exhaust noise are not related. We cannot diagnose a noise without actually hearing it.

The only suggestion I have is maybe your muffler is shot (needing replacement) or possibly there are rust holes in the system.
