Make my f-150 faster?

Says: its like any car or truck more Air= more power i'm not sure what engine and all that you have but if you put a open air box on it with a good exhaust that will help new spark plugs and wires will help upgrading the cam. rocker rollers upgraded pistons and rings maybe a little more compression and it could never hurt to look into a turbo or a supercharger they both do the same thing just in different ways a turbo goes off the exhaust which drives a fan to push more air into the intake which is free energy however it will put a little bit extra back pressure on the engine making it work harder to push the exhaust out where a supercharger is driven off the crank which will take more energy away from the engine but in the end the benifit outweighs what it uses.you can change the gearing in the rear end. Lower it make it more aerodynamic. if its a stick put a stiffer clutch in it.
There is so much you can do its really endless.
