Where is a starter located? 1995 lincoln?
(2011-10-17 14:15:10) 1. Says: Lincoln continental could someone point me in the right direction please where to look for the starter?1995 Lincoln Continental 4.6L. 2 dare i assUme you have a compleat tool set...sockets,,wrenches,,floor jack and jack stands..
3 the starter is between the engine and transmission,,follow the red wire from battery,,it goes to solonoid,,,then to the starter,,,3. Says: follow the hot cable on the battery and you will find the starter. unhook the battery, take the wiring off the battery, take out 2 or 3 bolts and maybe a brace and off it comes.
