College Girl Says: 2001 Ford Taurus 130,000 miles. A few barely noticable scratches but looks very presentable. and some repairs are needed. Engine Mounts, Spark Plug, and Tie Rods. I was thinking 1300-1500 dollars. Is that fair or should I go lower?

Nikolas T Says: they are running at the auction for about 2000. thats wholesale. I would take 3000 minus what you think the repaisr will cost and sell it for that.

Trevor Says: The car isn't worth very much in pristine condition. And it looks like yours needs a few hundred, possibly even more in repairs. If I were you I would sell it AS IS for 1200. That way, you can sell it and if the next owner has problems with it, you sold it as us so it is their responsibility

Hotness Says: Sounds like a deal but if you take this car into a shop you could dump another $500-$800 in repairs. if you have a side guy doing the work it might make a good car. There is other cars out their I would continue your search

whata waste Says: find out the cars book value and base your price on that. KBB.com can give you an estimate of what it is worth. just deduct $500 or so for the repairs it needs. I saw a 99 Taurus sell for $2500 and I thought that was crazy

John Says: $800 max. you're going to spend more then the car is worth!!!
